Q - What is a Nappy Cake?
A - A Nappy Cake is made out of nappies and decorated with useful items such as teething rings, bibs, burp cloths, etc. It is personally assembled. Any toys used are CE approved.
Q- Can I have the gift sent directly to the recipient?
A - Yes, upon placing your order, please advise by e-mail the name and address of the recipient and it will be posted directly to them.
Q - Will I know when it has been posted to the recipient?
A - Yes, I will advise by e-mail or phone text when the item has been posted.
Q - I have bought a New Baby Gift, can you complete the Feed Wheel Gift Card on my behalf?
A - Yes, please let me know what your wishes are and I can complete the card for you and post gift directly to recipient.
Q - Do you post by registered mail?
A - All p&p costs quoted are for STANDARD mail only. A certificate of posting will be obtained. At an extra cost, items can be registered if you so wish. Please contact me for a quote.
Q - I have just purchased a gift, when will it be dispatched?
A - On receipt of a cleared Payment, items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. All gifts are personally assembled as orders arrive and payment is received.
Q- What are the methods of Payment?
A - Pay Pal, Cheque or Postal Order.
Q - I don't have a Pay Pal Account, can I still use this method of payment?
A - Yes, Pay Pal is a secure way of paying using your credit card. If you do not have an account don't worry. On being directed to Pay Pal there is a link "Don't Have a Pay Pal Account - Use your Credit Card" Click on continue button. From there you will be asked to enter your Credit Card details and submit payment.

Q - Is Pay Pal a safe method of Payment?
A - Yes, by using Pay Pal you do not disclose your credit card details with the retailer.
Q - I am purchasing a few items can I combine postage?
A - Yes, if you are buying a selection of items, postage can be combined please contact us for a quote.
