Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase and our customer service. However, if any items do not meet your expectations, please contact us either by telephone or email us within 2 days of receiving your product and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Product Details
Please note that photographs are for representational purposes only and are not necessarily to scale. Pictures are a general idea of the product look, therefore colours and content may vary slightly from the images shown.
In the case of Nappy Cakes and Gift Boxes if an item becomes unavailable, it may be replaced by a similar product of equal or greater value. You will be notified if this situation arises.
Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund you the purchase price:
- once the goods are returned within 5 working days
- product(s) are in a resaleable condition
- product(s) are not damaged and packaging unopened.
A replacement item will be sent out / or a full refund on the cost of the item will be given against the method of original payment used.
Please note however, that postal costs cannot be refunded and personalised items cannot be returned.
